"Quick Help That Felt Right"
I had a good feeling when they responded so quickly, my gut was right. They got back to me fast and took care of the issue without making it complicated.

"Misses workouts way too often"
I feel kind of stupid for trusting this app to keep track of my workouts. The health app updates miss sessions way too often, and it’s frustrating when I know I put in the work but the app doesn’t record it. I expected it to be more reliable than this.

"Useful export options, but watch the formats"
I’ve been able to export my runs without much trouble, and it’s handy when I need to move my data somewhere else. That said, just a heads up: some of the file formats can be a little confusing at first, so don’t assume it’ll be totally straightforward. Overall it works fine, but I’d recommend double-checking what format you actually need before exporting
"I’ve been using it for indoor runs..."
I’ve been using it for indoor runs on the treadmill, and it seems to track things well. From the way it reads my pace and distance, I’m guessing it’s not perfect-perfect, but it’s close enough for what I need

"Slow and Drains Battery"
The app runs way too slow, and somehow it also drains my phone battery super fast. Like, make it make sense, if it’s going to lag this much, why is my battery disappearing too?

"Maps are off and history is hard to find"
I’ve been using this for a while, but lately the maps feel inaccurate and it’s way harder than it should be to find my history. It’s frustrating when basic stuff takes extra time. If this doesn’t get easier to use soon, I may have to switch to something else

"Runkeeper is absolutely keeping me on track"
I started using Runkeeper for a 10k plan, and I’m convinced it’s exactly what I needed. The coaching reminders are simple, but somehow they work ridiculously well at getting me out the door. I love that it adjusts to my pace and doesn’t act like a drill sergeant about it. Zero doubt in my mind, this has made sticking to the plan way easier. Really happy with it

"Great for Audio Cues"
I really like using runkeeper on my runs. The audio cues are super helpful. I don’t have to keep looking at my phone. It just tells me my pace and distance as I go. The voice coaching is simple, but it actually helps a lot. Especially on longer runs. It makes everything feel more organized and less random.

"Works well with my music"
I use Runkeeper a lot while listening to Spotify. It’s been smooth. The run updates still come through. My music keeps playing like normal. Other apps have paused my songs or messed with the sound. This one doesn’t. It just works. Makes my runs much less annoying

"Logging in was more of a hassle than I expected"
Signing up was fine, but when I tried to log in, you just keep running into errors and it gets annoying fast. The password reset took a while too, so it wasn’t exactly a great first experience. I was frustrated by the time I got through it...

"Easy to Trust and Easy to Use"
I went with Runkeeper because it just felt simple right away, and my gut was right. I can start a run fast, check my pace while I’m going, and look back at my route afterward without digging through a bunch of menus. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, it just does what I need without making things complicated

"Good tracking, but the notifications feel off"
Runkeeper does a solid job tracking my runs, so no real complaints there. But the reminders get annoying after a while. I keep getting nudges at random times, and figuring out what to turn off isn’t as clear as it should be. I usually trust my instinct with apps quickly, and this part just feels more frustrating than helpful. I wish the notification settings were easier to customize.

"Nice to actually feel in control"
My first reaction after poking around Runkeeper was, oh good, they didn’t bury the privacy stuff somewhere impossible. I’ve been using it for a while now, and I like that I can actually decide what run data I’m sharing without having to overthink it.
I can keep my routes private, delete things when I feel like it, and just not stress about my workout history floating around. It’s a small thing, but it makes me way more comfortable using the app regularly.

"Recent runs aren’t showing up"
I like using the app to keep track of my runs, but my progress history is missing the last few entries. At first I thought maybe I forgot to sync, actually, no, I checked that and everything seems connected. It’s just frustrating because I rely on that history to see how I’m improving.

"Fun for keeping up with friends, but a bit unclear sometimes"
I’ve actually been using this a lot to share my runs and see what my friends are up to. The comments and likes sound small, but they really do give me that extra push to get out the door. My only gripe is that some of the communication in the app isn’t super clear, like certain notifications or prompts leave me wondering what they mean. Still, overall it’s simple and works really well.

"Updates somehow made it less useful"
I’ve been using Runkeeper for years, so it’s been kind of fun watching the recent updates make my routine more annoying for no obvious reason. Buttons I used without thinking are suddenly in new places, the stats I used to check quickly are now tucked away, and the app keeps nudging me toward stuff I didn’t ask for, which is always lovely.
The tracking still works most of the time, so I guess that’s worth 2 stars. But overall it feels slower, clunkier, and way less simple than it used to be. I’d really love it if they could stop “improving” the basic features that were already fine...

"The badges keep me motivated"
I’ve been using Runkeeper mostly for the challenges and badges, it makes running feel a lot less boring for me.
I like that the whole process is easy, from joining a challenge to tracking my runs and seeing my progress. Having a small goal to chase each month, even if it’s just a few runs, keeps me more consistent.
Getting a badge after finishing a challenge feels a little silly, but it’s also motivating. The GPS isn’t perfect every single time, but overall it keeps me moving, so it’s 5 stars from me.

"Manual edits could be smoother"
I like the app overall, but adding a run manually feels way more clunky than it should. If my GPS misses something and I try to fix the pace or time afterward, it tends to get messy fast. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely frustrating when you just want to clean up a workout and move on.

"I use Runkeeper on my phone then..."
I use Runkeeper on my phone then usually check everything later on my tablet, and my workouts are just there pretty much right away. I haven’t had to mess around with settings or type a run in again which is nice. It even kept all my old activities when I got a new phone, that was a relief. Small thing maybe, but it makes keeping track of my runs way easier

"Works Fine Most of the Time"
It works good overall, at least from what I’ve used it for. I did have it crash twice when I was running it for a longer stretch, which was a little annoying. Not sure if it was just what I had going on or something else, but aside from that it’s been decent.
